News- Karst Research News

I am pleased to announce that KRTC has been selected to participate in an Alaksa Satellite Facitity (ASF) research project: "Use of Radar Imagery in Differential Attribute Analysis of Karst Landscapes" . This research proposal was approved by NASA Headquarters.
An account at ASF has been set up with data credits, which were awarded for this project, to obtain SAR (radar) data.
KRTC would like to thank ASF and NASA for their generous support of this project.

News- The Karst Research and Technology Center (KRTC) wishes to announce a cooperative research agreement with the University of British Columbia-Geophysical Inversion Facility (UBC-GIF). Under the agreement, UBC-GIF will supply software and technical support to KRTC; UBC-GIF will participate in karst research and technology development related to the use of UBC-GIF inversion software. KRTC would like to thank Doug Oldenburg and Francis Jones from UBC-GIF for their assistance and support in this joint research effort.   Morris Hall, Director, Karst Research and Technology Center
